Np, i don't really consider him a c00n. To me the definition of a c00n is when you will throw your own people under the bus just to have a small feeling of superiority. And i'm almost sure he wouldn't do anything like that. The problem is that when he's around white people he has this false sense of entertaining. I remember him saying once how black's people hair was bad in front of some cacs.This shyt is actually way deeper than just pointing this or that...

Workplace c00ns are really hard to define and see sometimes. I live down south where blk ppl are extra weak so i see it everyday but its usually just in little moments, like your example with joking or laughing at jokes from white and other blks that are somewhat racist....or they'll "ke he he" it up with white folks all day and night but talk shyt about them when they aren't around. To me that 's lite c00ning and it isn't done to feel superior, it's part coping mechanism and part survival mechanism. I feel sad for those who are like that but i maintain optimism that being around someone who isn't taking any of that bullshyt will wake them up sooner rather than later, if at all.
