How do you define culture?

Dr. Amos N Wilson once described culture as not only food, music and the like. But a frame work to dictate how a group deals with each other and how they deal with outsiders.

I tend to feel this is as good a definition as any. What do you think? How do you define culture?

All of the aforementioned along with customs, traditions, and ideals. Also communication: language and dialect is a big part - will have a lot to do with how that culture thinks. As well as the intricacies like body language. Eye contact vs non. Physical contact. Gestures.
