I can't stand it,
Be happy that you come from a good neighbourhood with little-to-no crime, a good family, and that you have the resources to have a bright future and not have to deal with poverty.

But I do understand the culture that Hip-Hop/Rap has influenced..
In my belief, I think the trap music should only influence you if you're really in the projects and trying to help pay bills, get out the good etc

I'm Hungarian, but I grew up with my disabled mother who is in a wheelchair (Multiple Sclerosis) who only received about 500-600$ a month and she taught me many good lessons..
I hustled alot in my past so we would be able to have some extra shyt
But I had to do some dirt to help pay bills, groceries, etc

I've had a few bad experiences with burbs kids, their attitude got them knocked out tho

But I feel like being hood is more of a mindset than it is an actual upbringing. I know plenty of people who live their life daily as if they're too good to live in the hood, but go to their section 8 housing every night. And I know suburban upper middle class people, who would legit fade you if you tried to tell them they weren't hood.

Like other users have said some suburbs are hood but generally speaking most aren't.

Speaking as someone who has lived in an inner city and the suburbs the a lot of the suburban kids I've encountered have been try hards. When I first moved to a suburb I was befuddled as to why they had gangs out here. You're living in a 150K+ house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a game room, a gigantic ass backyard but you want to be thugs? Some of these nikkas live in houses so big their closest neighbor is down the street. That shyt confused the fukk out of me. There's no reason for them to be thuggin.

I don't respect a lot of these nikkas
