How do you feel about promotions?

Do you feel they should give you a raise asap soon as you start the position or do you think they should see how well you do it first then give you a raise?

Yeah jobs love to play that "more responsibility" card but when you ask about the money they try to make you seem like a bad person or say some shyt about the budget. As long as people feel they NEED their job, they will keep getting fukked over.

When I asked them about my raise they were like "well just do this and that" then they said I'll get my raise and back pay. I'm finna step down and make them give me back pay anyways lol
