How do you get clear radiant skin naturally

Step 1... eat mostly vegetables / avoid fast food. You don't have to be vegetarian / vegan but a plant-based diet will reduce inflammation in your cells which can cause breakouts.
Step 2... water. Drink it. Lots of it. About a half gallon a day or more. This will keep your skin hydrated and avoid oily skin which can cause breakouts. Avoid alcohol as much as is reasonable.
Step 3... exfoliate. Get one of those charcoal sponges and a light exfoliant and use that on your face.
Step 4... moisturize and use sunscreen. Yes, you're black. Yes, you have melanin... but don't let these coli idiots talk you into thinking your melanin makes you immune to the laws of physics. Wear a daily moisturizer with at least SPF 15. You will age MUCH more gracefully.
Step 5... exercise. The increased bloodflow and overall cardiovascular health will reflect in your skin quality.
Step 6... wash your pillows and pillowcases. You'd be surprised how many nasty nikkas are sleeping on pillowcases they haven't washed since the Obama admin. Also wash your pillows if you don't already you nasty mf'er.
