My general competitiveness at least allows me to try things I may not be into. My son is the same way. Just try it and if they don't get into it enough to develop a passion for it, they won't make it professionally anyway. It takes hard work to get to the level of making money and without the natural talent or dedication, a career is out the picture.

Golf and Tennis are predominant white sports and cost a lot of money to go far.

If you don’t don’t got the tall genetics to get your son to at least PG height I’d put him in baseball. :francis:
Baseball is more expensive than golf or tennis.

All his cousins are in baseball. It's no joke.

And it's harder to make a career of it.

You can be a below average golfer and still make $60K as a golf pro at a country club or tennis instructor

I'm tryna get this lil mofo to love Golf or Tennis.

I love bball but it ain't as easy to get money in that and you rely on others for your success. Plus you gotta be tall

Golf and Tennis are more attainable for ppl of all sizes

Tennis has a modified ball system for kids and junior size racquets to help build their confidence early. Some places also use mini nets. Outdoor lessons during the summer are cheaper because instructors dont have to pay for court time

when they're little you shouldn't be thinking about the money in a sport, your main goal is to have the child occupy their time in a positive activity and meet and socialize with others on the same path. this will be key as they get older and are outta your sight. it's better for a youngster to be at practice after school, regardless of the sport, than running the street or surfing the net doing and looking at shyt they shouldn't.

my advice is to sign em up for everything while they're young, and as they get older they'll gravitate to what they love on their own.

Learn to love it or at least get into it for your kid. Learn about the game and try to get into it even if it's not the most fun thing to you because you want to support your kid.

Start reading about it and shyt
