Getting your hair to grow as fast as possible:
Drink water, make sure you eat a healthy, balanced diet, work out, wash and condition it every 3-5, and use natural, non-drying products, moisturize and light manipulation everyday, sun is cool but if not well maintained it can be an issue, don't be too harsh w/ your hair as breakage can occur.
I've heard Jamaican Black Castor Oil and Olive Oil both work well, and I've used them for years among other things, but I've never noticed a particular difference.
