i know you said you are try to move, but you never responded with which city last time i asked. so where are you trying to go, and what is the cost of living like?

Recruiters , try them. Also if you have a new address in the other state you could use then put it on resume

Not true. I've found that huge corporations in major cities are hesitant to do it because really they have no shortage of qualified applicants. If it's a job located a bit away from a major metropolis or a job from a smaller company they will pay for everything to get you to work with them. I got a substantial signing bonus and relocation money to work for a company 45 minutes outside Atlanta.
OP do you have any marketable skills? If not then you will have to just move to the city first. If so then look at spots about and hour or 2 outside your destination.

it'd forty percent cheaper housing than here. Jacksonville got some big companies too. trying to get something going there.

sounds like a good plan to move somewhere so much cheaper, and as long as u are realistic that you are going to have to start at entry level, just muster up the courage and go through with it
its never too late...i recommend entrepreneurship...is it hard? yeah, but it can give u a chance to make a living
