I suspect there has to be someone here, as many industries as are accounted for on this forum.

You need an agent, or personal/professional contacts to get you those meetings.
Do a treatment of the script too, like a storyboard, with just the basics.
Have three friends in the business, in NY and LA.

From my experience, when I use to work as a researcher for a small film company, unless you know people within the industry (if you dont you better start networking), the best bet is to turn a couple of your scripts into shorts. That way you can showcase it around on social media.
Make sure you have someone who can act (bad actors fukk up good scripts all the time, good actors can save a bad script) and have a someone who knows how to edit.
