I barely post on The Coli or text my friends and family because all I do is Google symptoms and diagnose myself with a new disease every other week. :snoop:

A bytch done had liver disease, kidney disease, a brain tumor, back cancer, HIV, and much more. I even thought I was pregnant for a second :damn:

But anyways, this can’t be life :mjcry:

Come to terms with sickness being a common thing in our world and no matter your income level or social status we all will at some point experience sickness.

You don’t want to become a hypochondriac OP.

When you feel anxious about something recognize you’re experiencing anxiety then create a healthy habit to relieve that anxiety. Think of it like getting mad in a sense. Instead of acting on that anger and going on a homicidal warpath you take control and vent it somewhere else. Changing your daily activities and controlling your media exposure will help. Try adding natural anxiety reducing herbs also.

If all else feels, get medicated for it.

Ive never had anxiety in my life before a recent episode last summer. Was having random stomach pain head aches thought I was going crazy. all I can say is it gets easier eventually. Stay out the er waste of time, 9/10 it's anxiety just connecting things together.

Agreed. I’m close to 40 than 30 now and it’s hitting me breh :sadcam:

The slight back pain. I had plantar fasciitis earlier this year and had to go to physical therapy. The little aches here and there :wow:

But that’s life. I have to accept it and find a way to live and cherish every day :mjcry:

I went to the ER last month and my bloodwork was great but I’m still convinced they’re missing something :wow:

Anxiety is the WOAT. I don’t wish it on anybody. :wow:

Thanks breh. I’m fighting it off.

I was on medication but wanted to get off because I didn’t want to be dependent on it. I might have to get back on it :wow:
