How do you post personal pics from Android phone?

Normally at the bottom there would be a bottom to push to upload pics off your phone but I don't see this function as one off the options...is it possible to post personal pics from your phone on here?

you upload the pics to a image hosting site like imgur or tinypic, copy the link for the picture, click the image button above your post and enter the link
