How do you rate albums? (let's use Nas as an example)

Personally,

The most important thing is if i can listen to it al the way through...

id rather have 3 great joints, and 7 good ones
than 5 amazing joints and 5 awful ones
(Love playing projects in full)


from there i individually rate each song in my itunes w/ the stars
then i think about it as a project as a whole, the cohesiveness, ect.
