I don't deal with em. Can't stand constantly pessimistic people.
yup. i learned to just stay silent and smile. You know how infuriating it is to people when you react with kindness/happiness when they're angry or flustered? and they can't even do anything about it because you're reacting in a positive way

it sucks
Stay positive and don't let their behavior affect you. There are a lot of workers who have a crab in the barrel mentality and want to take you with them. They may be mad about life, their jobs or something else. But at the end of the day, that THEIR problem, not yours. Do you job and don't let their bullshyt ruin your day. This is coming from someone who had to dealt with angry coworker before.

Well I am used to only talking to my co-workers about work. Dont really have much interaction outside of that. Maybe I just cant relate.Thanks but it wont help...
