How do you think I should deal with this racist?

So there's this mean-spirited guy that says a lot of racist sh!t to me on this one forum that I frequent from time to time. After a little bit of research I found out that his name is Jason Christner. He's a used car salesman that works at Park Acura-New and used Acura dealership located in Akron, Ohio 44312 a member of the Serra Auto Group.

Should I report him to his boss, Greg Hartman or should I let his racist attacks slide?

Well, he's been saying wild sh!t for years under the guise of anonymity. But yeah, there aren't any other black people at his office. Though, there are plenty of black people that work at the Al Serra headquarters out of Grand Blanc, MI.
