In particular, I mean the super successful long time coaches. The Bobby Bowdens, Calipari, Spurrier, Stoops, Saban, Urban Meyer, etc of the sports world.

These guys have seen thousands of young black kids come thru their teams over the years. And these Black kids are directly responsible for these guys making MILLIONS of dollars and setting their own families up for generations. Some of these Black kids are good kids from good families, and then some of them are knuckleheads as well.

Unlike many, these white men have been exposed to thousands of Black parents/Black families of all varieties, sat in their living rooms, etc & at some point they had to have come across a Black player(s) or Black families who completely challenged or disproved whatever view of race they may have grown up with, or what they ere taught.

Do you think they view Black ppl differently from say, what we believe the average white American(who often has little/limited exposure to black ppl) does? Do you think it's a view for better or for worse?

Head coaches have assets to make your unit better.

No different than a king pin having corner nikkas.

U want the best but they are easily replaceable but u always always looking for that nikka trying to get put on

Probably like the kind of guys who don't think they're racist but will say the n word in private and crack black jokes. But if you ask them being racist is stupid and they don't care about your skin color just as long as you work hard.

No Bobby Bowden slander

Spurrier has NEVER had a black QB... :mjpls:

The rest of that list outside of Spurrier haven't shown me anything that would make me give them the side eye.

:whoa:

Spurrier He had two black QB's starting when he was the OC at Duke. He signed a black QB in his 2nd recruiting class when he got to Florida. He ended up transferring. He's started Antonio Heffner and Syvelle Newton while at USCe, Aramis Hillary was another black QB at USCe, and he got Lorenzo Nunez on his roster now.

I get the sentiment though and why he looks funny when it comes to his recruiting, or overall lack there of, of black QB's.
