Tastes pretty good. Real chewy.

Came home from college one summer, and saw my dad had something cooked on top of the stove. I thought they were chicken tenders, and grabbed a plate. While I was eating them, he just a smiling then said, you know you just ate gator?!

It was good.

It tastes great actually. It tastes like a more tender chicken.

I actually recommend it. You don't have to live in Louisiana to try it. If you have a Cajun restaurant near you they probably have it. I know Pappadeaux sells it. Try boudin too while there. That shyt is fire.
