Looks like one of those neo nazi political drawings they make all the time. It's interesting you just so happened to stumble across it.
But my interpretation on this political cartoon is that it's flawed in reasoning. Most racial groups kill their own by a much wider margin then other races of people. It's no surprise white folks don't like other white folks just look at europe. Same can be said with Asians. North Korea and South Korea prime example another would China & Japan. You could even look at latinos the same way. Mexicans & puerto ricans don't get along. Dominicans don't like Cubans. The only difference is that when it comes to control & power Asians & white people will always side with their own over another and feud later. The artists just highlighted one racial group. Also it isn't specific because blacks in south america and Africa have been fighting wars with white folks for a while if it's talking just solely African Americans it should say that instead of black men otherwise the statement isn't true in any sense. Also if this cartoon is meant to critic black people why just single out the men? IS it implying that black women do the opposite ? Not to mention that black in america lack the power to deal with retalition and ripple effect that comes with killing white people for all the injustices the numbers and resources aren't even there. Blacks in the united states don't on the industry or outlets or have any international allies on paper.
