Lets say you work a part time retail job making $8 an hour, use that as front for your real income of 54-64k which you get in cash.
Is it possible for the IRS to seize that money?
99.9% of the time someone snitches on you and that gets the IRS after your ass. that other 0.01% is your own stupidity. IE like putting money in the your bank account, or some other BS like that.
Basically, don't tell anyone about your "cash" income, and that way you won't be tipped off.
a bigger reason they catch you, is your lifestyle
you making 20k, living with mom, driving a civic and making 64k on the side... cool... you'll never be caught as long as you keep it in cash
it's when you're making 20k and driving a 2016 6 series in your name, with a house in your name that costs 300k, and you don't have any debt... that's when they going to start asking, where the fukk are you getting this type of money
you gotta live like what you report... if you going to be doing it big, you better find someone else to get all that shyt in their name... and then they better be living good enough to afford it too...
but then what's the point of making money like that, and you can't spend it, cause you don't make close to it legally? that's why you get a front.. a business that "makes" 60k a year when it's really from crack... so you can legally show how you living that lifestyle, if asked
but THEN, you better make sure that paperwork and how you washing your money is on point when they come to see you too
