you dont run out, you can only give out ten a day

and you have to rep 30 other ppl before you rep someone again

You have 10 reps per 24 hours per say. Once you use them up, you have to wait 24 hours. If you don't rep somebody in a few days, the cap stays at 10 so you can't save up rep although (@cook can we have an ability to save reps up if we don't use it? Maybe an added feature for those who donate? )

No way to speed up the process, and once you rep someone, its an undisclosed number of how many. Its not 30 anymore either.

It's just louder than it really needs to be. I just find that in IRL, white people many times just aren't really aware when they're crossing into other's personal space. This is one of the few places that blacks can congregate as a majority and I just think that #cacset is a little brash, especially when considering the contentious history between these two races. I think it's ok to acknowledge who you are but don't let it be your gimmick. Like I said, I think it's good that #cacset promotes transparency and I believe that the members of it do want to see blacks and people of color do well, but I have also seen some stuff that makes me question the true awareness of its place here. I got love for you and your squad but I'd just say to cool it down a little.

I also don't think that anybody is truly aware would want anything to do with being affiliated as being a CAC.

I feel what you're saying, but it seems like only a very tiny (but loud) minority takes any real offense at the set. Hell, I'm cordial with a lot of self-described militant and pro-black people here. The only people who really take offense when they hear what it's about are blatant trolls and try-hard militants (which is really less than 10 out of hundreds of posters in TLR).

We're selective and my approach and individual posting style is loud in general it's kind of who I am

I appreciate the love though. Although you'll probably decline there's always an affiliate position open for you over here

I just feel like black folks should be able to have a place that they can get together and call their own since it's so rare in the real world. Appropriation and gentrification are huge issues here so it shouldn't be too hard to understand why I'm against it. If people want to rep their heritage I'm all for it, but I just think it's distasteful to flaunt it here since it's blacks that have truly made this place what it is at the core of it. I think a lot of people that are ok with the 'set know that their hearts are in the right place as individuals. I get the frustration the "militants" have however and think a couple are necessary here for checks and balances too though. I don't agree with them following and chastising every single person that isn't black who isn't crossing the line simply because they want this place to be what they want it to be though. If this was a site specifically made for blacks I wouldn't be a member but if it's about sports, hip hop and piff i think people of other nationalities should be allowed to participate as long as they have a true love and respect of the people who's backs and sacrifices it's been made on though. Just my 2¢.

This isn't really my place to be speaking on it though. I think these three have always show themselves to be firm but understanding, so I'll defer to their opinion on this matter instead.

Yeah, I understand where he's coming from. I'm not in cacset so I can't comment on their behalf. As long as they respect their peers and show equality to all, then I see no issue with it. Same for everyone else. This shouldn't be a place for black folks to congregate and let others feel free to join in. It's more of a place for everyone to congregate. Besides I don't know the ethnicities of all of the people who help work on this site. I know brooklynson is black. But there are others who help out like admins, mods, architects, etc. I can't say that they're all black since I don't know that. I just treat everyone the same anyways. Besides they get labeled as cacs anyways. Might as well let them carry on and get along peacefully. Not like they're any worse than that tranny set that was running around before, or still might be. Like cook said in another thread, he wishes people could argue opinions rather than insult each other on race. A day where cacs and militants can get along peacefully.


But I'll enjoy the fukkery until then.
