:francis: your percentage is off, besides central Florida down is not like the rest of the deep south nor are some of the carolina and VA schools, completely ignore the point about the PAC 12 brehs
Okay, 70%:yeshrug:

You really think country ass central Florida and NC and VA ain't racist? :what:Pretty much any place you go where the demographics are majority cac, which is pretty much a given when you're living in a college town, shyt is bound to happen just because you're not a cac. You might not get lynched or whatever you're trying to imply will happen to you in Oxford, MS or Tuscaloosa, AL, but you're still a target.

And to address your Pac 12 point, I feel like dudes from the South aren't going out there to play because for the most part, they think its fukkboy football:sas2: compared to the SEC, and when they do go out there, they barely see the field.

College Football is basically a religion down here and Southern culture leans toward staying close to home. Parents are protective and don't want to see their babies going all the way on the other side of the country.

Nope. The reason the SEC dominates recruiting is simple.

There are more black people in the south than anywhere else. Most of the great players in college football are black.

Its really not anymore complicated.

But the top recruits could go to Oregon, USC, the Big 10, Big 12. Yes that's where there most black people are located, but it is cultural reasons that largely make them stay

Does this question really need to be answered? SEC gets by far the most TV/media time all u see on ESPN is SEC and CBS is the most watched TV network. Only time u ever hear about west coast team is if USC is good and Oregon from time to time due to that Nike money.

People are fans of teams near where they grew up. And since there are many elite SEC programs the top players will stay near home where their favorite teams are.

Bama ass DC
Most and best players in the south, schools from other regions don't spend a lot of time trying to recruit a kid from all the way down here because it's a lot of time money and resources. Coaches can't build that relationship with the HS coaches when they're on the other side of the country. No HS coaches in your back pocket, no recruits from that area. If you have a coach that has a relationship with coaches from a state or area (urban meyer) they can steal talent from down here.
It's the reason Harbaugh was putting on camps right in the middle of alabama because he has to build a relationship with coaches down there so he can steal some recruits. Just wait in a few years Jim will steal a recruit here or there from out of alabama.

Doesn't matter who well they recruit most of the coaches are so conservative it seems they handcuff their offenses. All that talent and they'd rather grind out a 20-17 game instead of being creative offensively using that talent and putting up 35-40 points.
