1. He's not the best rapper ever to me
2. He may be the best rapper ever or not even one of the best rappers from Michigan...to you, it's all subjective and preference based. He has the credentials to argue he's one of the best ever...that's really all you need, a somewhat valid argument to support it. If someone has Eminem anywhere from 1-30 on their best ever list I think they can argue for it...having him lower than that is kinda hating imo...but again, it's all subjective, you may just not like him and his style or whatever.
