Yeah, they suck. Joe fell off, their talented is old and limited and there is only so much their coach who is excellent can do.

Their cap situation is not looking too good for the foreseeable future they have $43 million committed to Lopez and Garbage next season and $35 the year after. They're gonna have some cap when the new cap kicks in but the way the league is setup nowadays attractive destinations like LA and Brooklyn can't attract great free agents if the roster sucks And they can't improve through the draft since The Celtics can swap spots in 17 and own their first rounders in 2016 and 2018.
