When you just working and going to school, grinding trying to build a career. Not having much money to do anything fun, never taking more than a week or 2 off at a time. Those 20s pass you by so quick. I think it's worse in the big cities, especially when you're a implant. I was 23 when I moved to DC 2004, those 10 years went by so fukkin fast. That's the main reason I moved back down south.
I want to savor my 30s. Now that i'm back in Louisiana, I've been on vacation for 2 months, feels like 6. lol. I think everyone should take a month or so off every few years. It really helps you put things into perspective. You can take a step back from the grind and see what's important. I'll never take another stressful job. It's not worth it.
