if they land Howard and the city of Houston will still be blackout with no option of seeing the Rockets on tv. I never heard of anything like that. Comcast Sports Net wont broadcast the game, so the entire last season nobody had the option of watching Rockets on tv . That drastically hurt the marketability of any said superstar playing for the Rockets. I bet LA and Cuban uses that against the Rockets. Especially Cuban.
