How good is Devin the dude - Gotta Be Me?

Is it on the level of 2-tha-Xtreme, The Dude, and Just Tryin' Ta Live?


I love those 3 albums, but I'm scared to venture out and be disappointed.

I haven't heard this album in particular, so I'm prepared for neg reps,
but all of Devin's otha albums after Waiting To Inhale have been wack to me or at least felt like they were missin somethin...


I would advise you to check out Coughee Brothaz (devin's group) Waitin' Our Turn album from 2007


that was kinda dope.. especially tracks like On The Road and Rise N Shine

Its probably his worst album. Last one I really liked was Landing Gear

Gotta be me is one of his better recent releases, not as good as those you mentioned but worth a listen. Also get high life, and waiting to inhale two more good devin albums. Landing gear is pretty good too
