It could be Cheap.... Thunder/Bulls
Incompetent or Just seem to make the wrong choices .... Cavs/Knicks/Nets
Unlucky...Hawks
Or just snakebitten .....Browns

But also how much better it is to be in a better run ORG

Lakers ....When Dr. Buss was there, Celtics for this long while, Spurs for the last 20 damn years :wow:

Patriots ETC....

One player or person can't really tip the scales from bad to good to great

But one person can turn good to great in my Veiw for example belicek ( But could not do it with the Browns:yeshrug:)

Belichick made the Browns better with each passing season and took them to the playoffs the last year there before they fired him so technically he did his thing.

If you have bad coaching it is really hard to win...but possible

If you have a bad front office it is impossible to win consistently...they might get it right a few times and you win a bit but never anything sustained...

If you have a bad front office and bad coaching forget it you going to be a lottery team every year...

If you have a bad front office it is only a matter of time before you start getting bad coaching and bad players...

Trade Nash, Let Amare walk, and use the money to fill the roster out with Hakim Warrick, Josh Childress, and Hedo Turkoglu

If you make the right hires you can turn the shyt around.

Minnesota was a dumpster fire before Zimmer and Spielman come on board
But thats the thing how do make the right hire if the people that run it are clowns ......(Cough Dolan Cough)
