Facts! Pedialyte too! Can't tell you how many times I've had to be "mom" to my people who think it's cool to be out in the streets, dehydrated. Especially in Houston when you start sweating just from being outside a few minutes, then it's hot on top of that... It's too much!

I can't imagine playing football in Houston with all that equipment on. That would be like walking into a sauna.
