How important is swag (in terms of delivery) as far as being a good rapper goes?

I though of this cuz it’s a gang of rappers who get by because they can say some otherwise mediocre shyt in a cool way. shyt, some of the best songs on IYRTITL were only that good because of how Drake was able to deliver some of QM’s lyrics. Thoughts?
