How involved in your school were your parents?

dads a cop so from 1-5th grade every friday he'd come into my class in uniform, my teachers would be on his dikk heavy. he'd come to all my field trips and stuff also. and my mom signed papers, came to pta meetings, told her job about school fundraisers etc..

Same for me but she was always working and could t make it.

Today I'm very involved in my seed's school life.

My parents weren't in the PTA. But they did pop up randomly, did chaperone on field trips. Aside from that I tried to keep them out of my school life because I was dealing with a lot and they both were out of control and would've made it worse.

My dad never helped with homework. My mom would do my math homework and try to tutor me on it because it was a tough subject for me.

My parents were so busy they couldn't even pick me up after school. My dad used to send his secretary to pick me up
