Yeah and those charts are misleading, and pretty irresponsible given how simplistic people tend to view things. Whoever makes charts like that should know better, or maybe are just Christians.

I was just answering the thread question on why most ppl see it that way, n those charts we all grow up seeing seems to be the most logical explanation.

It's hard for some folks to comprehend millions of years' worth of changes, let alone an average person's lifespan. I guess it also throws a wrench into whatever theories they perpetrate these days (race, religion, class, etc.).
Certain animals like the saber-tooth and woolly mammoth aren't roaming the prairies...
