Eh, while rep can be a gauge to the quality or type of poster a person is I don't think you can use it for means of a ban, particularly when this forum has a history of online cliques that run rep trains on posters for whatever reason valid or not. If you have a problem with his/her posts and they are especially offensive report the posts. I think that is the best way to get someone banned if they are going overboard (no pun intended) with the trolling, racism etc.

I've been banned once bc I called someone a house negro and they snitched.
