How is Mike Smith still a head coach in the NFL

Every week he makes at least 2 boneheaded calls its mind boggling. How do you not run it on 3rd and 2 with 50 secs in the other teams territory down 2 and they still have all there timeouts remaining. Not only that but they throw a deep pass instead of a quick short pass for the 1st down.

I've seen better game management calls on Madden than I've seen from Smith this whole season. You almost have to be trying to fuk up at this point.
