Is it because it was once not the norm? People will always be addicted to technology. First it was radios, then tvs, and now smart phones/social media. Also people have been trying to get "likes" way before social media. Back when the hood thought nikkaz was nerds for fukking with computers. It's not a mental illness. It's just how it is. shyt evolves...besides everyone has always wanted to be popular, social media just makes it easy

Hopefully soon but we both know that $$$$ moves mostly everything in this world. I even put myself on a smartphone/social media limit. I only try to use social media on the weekend or when I have down time(like today because I'm under the weather)

I'm curious about how kids who were raised with smartphones will turn out in the future

It's gonna happen as soon as people find something else to be addicted to. If the whole world is fukking with it it'll never be a problem. Sort of how a lot of people act towards racism. It's seen as a black problem so nobody is really gonna do anything to change it

Smartphones are a capitalist wet dream. They can tailor ads to you and your phone will even make noise to remind you to buy stuff. OP if anyone in government really cared about social media and it affects they would have passed laws after this revel.
