How Long Did It Take You To Learn To Drive?

the first time i drove a car my dad forced me to drive manual. Almost hit my neighbors mailbox and almost went into a ditch a couple times trying to back out of the driveway but I eventually got it after a few weeks.

learning how to drive automatic was nothing. A lot of it is really about common sense when it comes down to it. I was still nervous as hell for my driverss test, ended up barely passing being 2 points from failing

If OP means how long it took to learn the basics; how to turn the wheel, how to make the car start/stop etc. then yeah, its gonna be a few days. (You should know how to do that shyt by the time you're a teenger TBH)

If, however he means how long will it take for him to be a competent enough driver to pass his test, then that's gonna be few months.

Started learning at 14, didn't pick it back up till I was 18. Pretty much mastered basic driving at 21. Took me about 3 weeks. I did fail my driving test a few times (the instructors are usually foreign and can't drive themselves)but don't let failing discourage you.

If you a a male and played video games growing up, it should take you a day or less to learn to drive.... Females are really the only ones who have trouble learning to drive.

Interestingly enough, you could find people who are legally able to drive but would still fail the test.
