I took 30 or 60 days for my first 2 cuz I had too much leave so was forced too and hated it cuz I was a workaholic.
Great spending time with newborn tho

My daughter was born on a Friday and I was back to work on Monday. I could've took paternity leave, but it would've paid me a percentage of my normal pay. I wanted that whole bag. Plus my girlfriend's momma stayed with us for a couple weeks after the birth and I didn't need to be there all day with both them.

Basically same thing when my son was born.
