How long do therapists take to get back to you?

My therapy is through my main hospital and they're great and setting dates and responding back usually

Around my parts it is a month to a year wait-list, I was trying to help my clients find services quicker but it's impossible atm.

Edit: They should at the very least be able to do intake. I've noticed inconsistencies with my black vs white clientele.

I just had my 1st ever therapy session on Wed. When I called them two weeks ago to inquire about services they told me it may take up to a month to get in because they were so busy but I got a call back the next week and scheduled my visit for the following week
