How long does grilled chicken breast last after its cooked?

I cooked it on last Thursday and I was thinking of eating at tomorrow for lunch but you think it is bad now or should I toss it it was kept in the refrigerator in tupperware

Thank you I did Google it but I kept getting different results and I know I can trust the Colosseum lol

I would hate to waste it because I'm eating healthy right now and I ain't eating out anymore waste of money
