How long have these screeners looked like legit dvd rips?

Just seen "dark skies" bootleg little did I know it was hd. Sound and everything amazing. How long has this been going on? What cameras do they use?

Depends on what you're talking about. Typically files marked "screeners" are copies sent out for award shows, industry professionals, etc. Those are actually DVD quality or higher.

The CAM and TELESYNC/TS files are the "camera in a theater" shyt.

Long story short, the only old school "bootleg quality" shyt nowadays is CAM and TELESYNC. Screeners are the same quality as if you had the actual DVD or BR.
