I don't take lunch I come in late and leave early because the commute sucks. But we will be getting new biz which means I might have to stay later so I will take a longer lunch.

I'm supposed to get an hour...what I get is up to the flow of the day sometimes (rarely) I can get an hour in and other times 30 mins and sometimes none at all. But it converts to OT so it's whatever
