How long till you can start claiming a new city?

But I moved to Atlanta around 18 and 5years later I'm moving again for my first full time gig. So for half a decade I was paying taxes, dealing w/women in Zone 2 off of Northside Dr.

What's the time period for claiming a new city?

But to REP a city like a native, will take you at least 15 years.
