Assuming you're already slim, download the "Six Pack in 30 days" app. It's really 90 days, 3 diff stages and you'll have to pay for full access but it's WORTH IT.
Double up on the exercises or do them twice a day an you'll see serious results ab-wise.
As for the arms... go to the gym or whateverI'm doing fine with push ups and chin ups tho

If they have a decent customer identity management system they'll catch that. I mustve been thinking of a different app i ababdoned thougu, I'm not seeing it in my subscriptions just the other. So even better.
