I'll probably keep mine for a long time. I have a backlog that will last me another 2 years for my ps3, not to mention if I mix my Wii U backlog in there there's no telling just how long it will take me to beat everything I have. I plan on upgrading in the fall/early winter.

How long will you guys keep your last gen after you upgrade?

TORONTO!
Been had a X1 but my 360 backlog is bottomless with the inclusion of Games with Gold on xbl. 2 free games every month plus all my favourite fighting games on this console means it ain't going anywhere any time soon

i guess forever.Bought a refurb 360 last year from rapestop, went to trade it in today. They talking bout we cant accept it because its missing a sticker:shaq2:.
fukk you mean i bought it from yall like that:birdman: ! I had to chill out cause I was bout to nut up in front of some lil kids in the store
Dunno if u saw my posts in the other thread, but, like the fukking dumb ass I am, I bought a broken x360 from ebay, hoping to flip it for the 150 deal towards a ps4. I just got it in the mail. I'm going to gamestop to see if they'll take it. If they don't I will have wasted 50 bucks on a broken x360 :smh:

Ps Plus justifies keeping my ps3 for years.
even beyond that a PS3 is a Blu-Ray player and a decent one of those that's comparable cost closer to $100. Then you have the streaming capabilities like HBOGo and all the other services and on top of that it plays PS3 games (with the PS4 not being backwards compatible) with PSN and multiplayer on it being free.

To me there's enough value there to just keep it. If all you'd use it for is a box to play games and none of it's other functions then maybe you'd be more inclined to sell it.

Sold my PS3. Everything I wanted to play I played. No point of holding on, especially with PS now and cloud gaming on the horizon

Sold my 360 right before I got my PS4. I finished most of my backlog before I got rid of it. The games I didn't finish I ended up getting on PC.
