my years in these call centers its been predominantly black which amazed and made me proud starting off. then i realized it really ain't that great that they'll put our asses on the phones and in some powerless ass supervisor/avp positions only to minimize our growth opportunities by cutting budgets, freezing pay increases and layin our asses off. so yea its fulla blacks but we aint runnin shyt.
