I'm tripping off dudes credentials brehs

From Ruthless to Death Row to Aftermath this nikka must have been involved with something like 20 to 25 great albums being put out right?

Is any other producer coming close to that number of releases they were a part of? Maybe Mannie Fresh or RZA perhaps?

dre has power in the industry and gets beatmakers and rappers together and pretty much steals thier ideas and puts his spin on it and takes the credit

haha, word?

it's a big claim to discredit one of the greatest producers of all time for doing what producers do - put talent together and get the most of that talent.

Dre gives everyone involved credit too btw breh.

:rudy: like Dre just came in the game with "power" whatever the fukk that means, there's a reason why he is so highly regarded in Hip Hop, among his peers, critics and even people outside of Hip Hop. like Kid Coli said, he gives credit where it's due and most times when people say produced by Dre & it turns out it's not, then it was that persons fault for ASSUMING it was Dre because it sounded like a Dre beat or they just assumed it was him because he spit on it or something. here's a list of the joints i can think of off top that Dre where you can hear Dre's hand in the album as a whole.

Straight Outta Compton
Eazy Duz It
No One Can Do It Better
100 Miles & Runnin
nikkaz4life
Chronic
Doggystyle
Dogg Food
2001
SSLP
MMLP
Relapse
GRODT
Restless
Tha Last meal
Blue Carpet Treatment
The Big Bang

Yup, I think he helped Above The Law with some of they stuff too.

Also The Firm

Had two of the best songs on All Eyez On Me

Executive Produced Good Kid Mad City (and I think Murder Was The Case too)

Had a number of beats on Beg For Mercy too.

Hopefully there's many more albums to come too.
