Old school wrestlers always talk about doing a thousand or so for a warm up. My knees are not that good due to old age now, but I'm wondering how many can y'all do. Come to think of it though, older wrestlers knees are also messed up, but they probably still kept doing Hindu squats.
I know David Goggins wasn't a wrestler, but didn't he talk about running marathons with like broken ankles and sh!t?
Are Hindu squats, or squats in general the kind of thing that you should power through? Obviously, I'm talking about using no weights during these exercises.
