How many hours do you usually sleep?

I normally get 6 and a half through 6 hours 45 minutes...I need to be doing at least 7 and a half though smh.

I can't sleep for more than 6-7 hours str8 unless I'm dead ass zombie type tied.

Plus I'm an incredibly light sleeper to begin wit. I still use mah old flip phone vibrating alarm to wake up to.

Eam afta 2 1/2 years, mah girl still sometimes at da shyt.

Yet my friends who can sleep all day... are always complaining their are tired and shyt...

4-5 hours a night for 4-5 days straight.

then i get tired enough have to have a ten hour night. Then i start all over again. Sucks because i'm a light sleeper and i can't fall back asleep once i wake up.
