I always wanted a huge laptop but this size is perfect for me. I probably wouldn't go smaller than 13 in

All of the tops I've purchased have been 17 inches. I love the large viewing area and it's optimal for other things like movie/music production work, as well as watching movies when you're not working.

I can understand the preference for smaller tops if you're doing paper pushing.

15" Retina Macbook Pro. I thought about getting the 13 inch Pro, but since I write code, I need as much screen real estate as possible and the size and weight usually aren't a problem.

Are you looking at Windows laptops or Macs?

my work laptop is big as hell. I dont even know the size. but it's lenovo.

my personal laptop is MBP retina, so thats only 13". the retina screen's high resolution really makes the 13" screen seem quite large to be honest.

I'd NEVER get a laptop with a screen larger than 13" to be honest.

I wish computer companies would make screens that basically have no bezel in order to maintain the same screen size yet have a smaller overall laptop.

It's a throwaway Acer I hardly ever use. For some reason I hate laptops more of a desktop/aio person

Windows......if I ever get back into music production...I would grab a Mac..but for my needs right now...Windows will get me by.
