Rogue has the ability to absorb anyone's memories, powers, fighting ability. If she touch Goku or Vegeta she'll have their powers and fighting ability for a short amount of time. Plus she weakens them afterwords.

DBZ technically arent human and they certainly aren’t mutants so, if by chance she does happen to get close enough to one of them to touch them, her ability to actually absorb their powers would still be rendered useless.(because it only works on humans/mutants)
