I had a shop like class in Jr. High but I can't remember the name. We made rockets, CO2 cars with balsa wood, got to lathe some wooden blocks down and laquer them for our own pens. Couple of things with plastic... It was the shyt :ehh: Never got the chance to take shop proper but I definitely would have

We did, but I never took them. I regret it, because it would have come in handy with renovations, and I could have saved money instead of hiring people.

I took welding and agriculrure (same class). I wanted to take auto class, but it was always quickly filled up when class selections took place. Had fun welding though.

I'm talking masonry, welding, mechanic class, wood shop. Watching shows growing up I thought we would have the opportunity to do that in high school and my school ain't have shyt! (It was known for performing arts and theater)

We had co-ops at the local community college for people that wanted to do those things. We did have one auto-shop teacher at the actual school.
