I listened to that E36 tape late last month (I know I'm late on it) and that joint is smooth :ohlawd:

I feel like this tape is one long song, but I mean that in the best way possible ... there's just a really consistent mood throughout the whole project, and the beats are very lush and don't sound cheaply made at all. The only song I'm not really liking is that dancehall joint (Blind), but overall, a really good effort.

Its a smooth tape, made a fan out of me as well.
Can any of his long-time fans put me on to the best of his older music? Seems like he has quite a few tapes out.

I haven't heard the tape y'all talkin bout but I came across that Playa Potna joint and had it in heavy rotation in the whip for a long time still knocc it from time to time. I went and downloaded some of his older stuff( Settle 4 Les, Beautiful Struggle) and I like them too. He definitely worth some attention. Can't quite say I'm a fan yet but he's on my radar.:ehh:

I been down with him from the start. Before he hooked up with slim thug. He has a lot of good projects. My fav was his first tape with mr rodgers. That was my fav tape at the time to chill out and smoke to. The quality and beats ain't as good as his recent stuff but still dope. I'm high as hell right now and not on my computer and forgot the name of it. Just go on datpiff and livemixtapes they have most of his shyt and download them all.

Good to see people listening to him his mad slept on

The first time I heard him was on this track off Slim Thug's first Welcome 2 Texas tape which was 2010 (I think?):

I've played the hell out of this track - if I looked at the number of plays on my iPod, I'm certain it would be number one by a HUGE margin:

To be fair, I will give any song with a Pimp C sample a chance :ehh:

I got this joint Exquisite at about the same time I listened to E36, but it didn't grab me like that one. He flows over Jay-Z beats for almost half the tape:

I'm going to back to listen to both volumes of Settle 4 Le$ and I have to go back and try Menace again now that I have a new appreciation for the boy
